Every year the multinational finance company host the Corporate Challenge Run as a ‘global celebration of corporate teamwork, camaraderie and community’. However, I find that a lot of gyms these days play commercial hits in the background which is the worst type of music to listen to whilst working out. I can never understand how anyone can find playlists that consist of Katie Perry, Little Mix and worst of all, Coldplay motivating.
