This year I visited my first ever fitness convention. I know what you’re thinking, I’ve never been to one before? Yes, I’m as disappointed in myself as you! Anyway, I decided to book the day off work to visit Fitcon UK at London’s Olympia exhibition centre. The relatively new event is across three days with multiple athletes and fitness star appearances. As a relatively new subscriber to Men’s Health Magazine, over the last few month’s I’ve learnt a vast amount of facts that are great for male wellbeing and health.
