This year marked many firsts for me in relation to fitness, including attending my first ever BodyPower expo event in Birmingham’s NEC. Like many other fitness events, I have always considered going, however I have never gone through with the plans and committed myself. Held at 1Rebel in Broadgate Circle, the morning session consisted of a hardcore leg and upper body HIIT workout lead by PhD athletes Mitchell Tovee and Vikki Thornewell.
